I think what he's trying to say is that actual concerns can and should be talked about, but if they are being raised as an excuse for hate, then there is no place for that.

Imagine you're in a weird romcom where Paul Hollywood is your rival. Do you go "let's have a bread baking competition" or do you emphasise your own relative strengths?

Because that in short has been the central problem with the traditional two's approach to anti-immigration voters and Reform UK.

Yes. That does make sense.

Something I experienced and am still figuring out, is that masking less means you need to retrain your brain a bit, as it may struggle with tasks you could do fine before.

I'd say remember to be kind to yourself. It's not your fault that the world didn't recognise your struggles earlier.

I'm still working things out from when I was diagnosed and it has been hard. So be gentle with yourself and others. X

⛔ Abuse against women and people of other marginalised gender in politics is escalating - political parties must take this seriously

Sadly, the current @greenparty.org.uk leadership election is proving no exception to this and we’re already seeing signs of harmful behaviour

But a political party is a group of people that share a group of beliefs and we should be able to decide who can join and who can't based on that.

Would a Christian church be wrong to tell you you couldn't if you tried to join but maintained that you don't believe in Jesus/God?
