I want to replace that guilt, shame, and frustration with grace. I want to be healthier & skinnier. But I have to stop hating myself as I am because it's not a healthy motivator.

Prayers for a healthier mindset and successful attempts at healthy weight loss would be appreciated.

So I've gained a lot of weight again. More than what I lost. Depression sucks.

I just bagged most of my clothes that I can't wear anymore & hid them away. I feel like not having to see what I miss wearing will help me come to terms with where I am & not constantly feel guilty.

I hate this one. At least it's just a bad Photoshop job instead of AI.
