#BlindDrams Fantastic set of drams, great effort Fiona, Jamie & Callum. 🥃

Tonight’s #BlindDrams hosted by us three Rentons (the Triumvirate, being three rulers) showcased whiskies from distilleries which are no more than 30 years old (Tridecadal, being a *ChatGPT word* for a 30 year period) - in honour of Lochranza Distillery’s (and Jamie’s) 30th birthday this year!

#BlindDrams - Dram 5 - Scores a 2 for me 🥃

#BlindDrams - Dram 5 - Dry & woody initial on the palate, lower 50% ABV, long spice and short finish with the sweetness coming through

#BlindDrams - Dram 5 - Good shout from @cliffmann.bsky.social definately getting leather coming through on the nose, dried fruits, with slight hint of sulphur, Straw in colour

#BlindDrams - Dram 4 - Dram of the night for me up to now - Score 4, looking forward to number 5 🥃

#BlindDrams - Dram 4 - Stunning dram on the palate Burst of red fruits, with salt smoked citrus, drying on the finish, with a long fingering sweetness.

#BlindDrams - Dram 4 - Great colour, long legs on the glass, Citrus and smoke on the nose

#BlindDrams - Dram 3 - Scores a 3 for me, good dram

#BlindDrams on the palate, initial sweetness, red berries, dried fruits, spicy pepper, with a drying finish. High Abv with mellow pettiness.

#BlindDrams Dram 3 - Beautiful Golden Copper Colour, Dried fruits and treacle toffee on the nose with a hint of smoke.

#BlindDrams Dram 2 - Citrus Fruits, Pinapple, mild spice, high 50's ABV, bourbon style finish with a well balanced smokiness at the back of the palate, nice long finish. Scoring 4

#BlindDrams Dram 1 - Spicy, sweet, with a subtle salinity, high abv 58%, nice dram, score 4. Couple of drops of water opens up the dram nicely 🥃
