Working on my home lab and decided to set up Home Assistant OS. Got my first few sensors set up: temperature, humidity, couple led bulbs, water leak detectors, etc. I've come to the conclusion home automation may bankrupt me, but man is this scratching some nerd itches.

Microsoft has updated the .NET Bounty Program, now offering awards up to $40,000 for vulnerabilities in .NET and ASP.NET Core, including Blazor and Aspire. The program's scope has expanded to cover all supported versions and adjacent technologies.

I'm literally just discovering how amazing the built in Windows 11 calculator app got. graphing functionality, bitwise and bit shift operations on the programmer tab! I'm blown away and sad that I didn't know about this awesomeness sooner!

I think I'm fanboying pretty hard over .NET Aspire. Just fantastic so far! I'm excited to see how far I can actually push things? and when do the pain points hit? So far, though, just a joy.

Finally took some time for some gaming the past week. Went back to No Man's Sky. Loving it again!

The struggle is real.

Amidst my desire to purchase Indiana Jones, I have a couple games in my steam library I'm thinking about starting instead. I just missed these over the years. It's either going to be the Mass Effect games, Fallout 76, or Cyberpunk. I'll get to you eventually Dr. Jones.

Fun error screens are clutch! Every minor annoyance I may have had is completely negated.

Totally a transient issue that went away with a refresh, but I this was a new GitHub error screen I haven't seen before. I love that unicorn!

I tried to give it an honest go, but caved and disabled it. I was surprised how jarring of a change it was. Glancing down to check the time immediately took me out of any flow I was in.
