Climate change is tightening itβs grip and the Democratic party sits silent, afraid to say the words climate change. Immoral as hell.

Saw the Sunday Morning segment. I wish you and Mr. Shatner could tour together. It would be a blast to have you two on stage.

I've read the Gates memo and watched your response. I've listened to Dave Roberts' podcast with Michael Liebreich and watched John Marshall's opening remarks from Climate Week on climate change's marketing problem and I'm more confused than ever on how we craft a message that

There needs to be a scorched-earth effort to push back against the disinformers, and that includes that rat-bastard in the what's left of the White House. 08.11.2025 12:39 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0It all adds up to one thing: the terrible lack of effort in informing the public about the state of the climate crisis and the energy transition. Most folks, than they may be concerned about climate change, have no grasp of the severity of the problem and what's being done to address it.
08.11.2025 12:39 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Sylvia Earle said years ago that, if the ocean gom we go with them. What's your take on that? In my view, we have to come up with the means to keep our foot to teh floor on emission reduction and meet the goals that you advocate for in regard to improving the human condition.

With respect, you left someong out of your memo: the fact that the oceans are taking a hammering from excess heat and acidification. Recent reporting tells us that the tropical reefs are going extinct and marine phytoplankon populations are dropping.

The Democrats running for the Public Services Commission in Georgia won. I assume you are having a good day. Thanks for covering this race.
The Republican Party has been complicit with depriving people of health care, food security and a stable climate. They are the party of corruption and climate denial, so why would anyone vote Republican.

John Marshall of Potential Energy makes a compelling, data-based argument for the Democrats face up to the climate crisis. Perhaps he should speak with party leadership:

It's the biggest "WHY" behind job creation in renewable energy, EV's and sustainability, and the Party refuses to push back against Trump , Wright and the disinformers. What's it going to take to change the paradigm, a famine in the U.S.? If the Democrats want the youth vote, they have talk climate.

Coral reefs all over the world are going extinct. The oceans are so hot they can't survive. The Democratic Party can no longer hide from telling people that climate change is harming them and their families.
