I assume by “our” he is not talking about the company he owns that is the subject of the fine. I think by “our” he means that the government of the US must fight his battle for him.

I mean, when Trump said that he would cut drug prices by 1000%, at least one major media outlet relied on "experts say" to point out it was mathematically impossible to do so.

When we've hit "experts say 1 + 1 = 2," not just "1 + 1 = 2," then we def aren't going to say what the laws say they are.

By rights and practice, the Supreme Court never should have taken this case. They shouldn't step in on a national question unless there's a "split" in Circuit Court decisions. And right now, there isn't. This is "Activism" to a degree previously unseen.

Yes, the Supreme Court has failed to protect us from Trump. But it’s worse than that: The Supreme Court is imposing its own fascism. It invented presidential immunity. It has gutted the Voting Rights Act, passed by a bipartisan Congress. It’s as bad as Trump, and moving in the same direction.
