Would over 60 flavours include butterscotch, sherry and kippers

Just did the tour today and got the story about why it’s 7.4%. Great to try, as well as the black square, which was a real surprise.

Is it hard to separate the contribution of KCC yesterday from the impact of the long injury break? I thought Kyra was good yesterday and worth more minutes but the long injury break killed Brighton’s momentum and might have saved us from another Villa like result from a very Villa like performance.

I wondered what was going on with corners yesterday too - there was a period at the start of the second half where neither team could beat the 18 yard box line, let alone the first defender. That corner from Mariona that dribbled straight out might be the worst corner ever from a player that good.

What’s going on with the draught beer at the Emirates- it seems like it’s all being poured out of cans at the moment...

(I guess I’m wondering why you’d single out being tired vs other reasons people might need a more easy to use form)

I reckon it’d always be good to make it as simple/straightforward as you can, to make it as accessible to as many people as you can - the cause might be different but there’d be quite a few people who have the same symptom of dealing with tough to use UX

It seemed like they kept attacking and getting a decent amount of success down our left side, what do you think Villa’s thinking was there?

Do you think Arteta has a tendency to stick with things for a game or two too long? Thinking about Merino and whether City might have had a good sense he was going to play and that he wasn’t going to be big attacking worry for them. #arsecastextra

As an Arsenal fan I’m quite open to you tempting fate on this one, Iain. Show fate as much leg as you like. Take fate to dinner, I’ll pay.

Warpigs is the obvious one and is great for beer, BBQ and heavy metal (though Mikkeller don’t necessarily have a great reputation following workplace issues a few years back). Bicycle brewery is nice, as is Brus - an outpost for To Ol. If you’ve got time and fancy a bit of art, Louisiana is great

There’s going to be lot of dumplings in your future but you’ve also got bit of Italy, China and Japan in there… (D for me, though - I’m including a bit of Italy in that too)

Also Dzo Viet for very nice Vietnamese food on Upper Street and it’s a bit further away but All Good Beer N1 for nice craft beer and tacos

The Highbury Library is great and surprisingly not too busy given it’s over the road from the stadium. Indiebeer is the best craft beer in the area and does empanadas. The Hammerton Brewery itself and House of Cans is a great place to start/finish if you want to walk from/to the King’s Cross area

Jungle Juice if haze is your thing and of course, Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fa. Er Buchetto is a must if you like porchetta.

I wonder if with music it was about a new medium/way of delivery that came with the piracy where you can already stream football legally

Plenty of nice places to drink beer and some reasonably cheap accommodation options. Hastings is quite handy to Rye for some nice pubs there too. And of course the tap take over weekends for both are coming-up…

Not to cross streams/posts but Folkestone and Hastings are both good for a weekend…

The tap takeover weekends on the south coast are great - Folkestone Tap Takeover this weekend and Hastings Tap Takeover at the start of October. Can’t remember any capacity issues at any of the venues to be honest. Though you might head somewhere and find a particular beer isn’t on.

I thought it was a pretty fair article - just because Liverpool were cagey too doesn’t mean there wasn’t more for us to take from that game - the headline wouldn’t have been his and if you caveat every opinion with all the other opinions that might be true you end-up with long arse boring stories

Injuries a definite mitigating factor but not making the most of our dominant periods in games is a bit of a long term theme

01.09.2025 04:34 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

I don’t think it’d be fair to frame it that way but I think it is fair to say we didn’t set out to make the most of some obvious vulnerabilities and then didn’t make the most of some periods when we were on top….
