Tories hiked taxes both BEFORE and after the ludicrous Brexit. Western economies including US, but excluding UK eased off financial restraints as early as 2013. In other words, the Tories imposed unnecessary restraints on the economy for political purposes from 2013 till they were replaced in 2024
