You could make that case for almost any political party: too much electioneering, so much focus on getting over the next electoral hurdle that we lose sight of the trajectory of the country and its people.

This is straightforward corruption. Leaking state documents for financial gain is surely "misconduct in a public office" at the very least. Surely?
