My kids love spooky vibes like Scooby-Doo, and GB that you mentioned in the article, and the whole family is huge fans of Gravity Falls.

That’s a fantastic write up about how a “scary/horror” setting/system can be applied to a more broad spectrum of people. It all comes down to knowing your table and players, and setting expectations ahead of time.
