Also it's very important to watch the original version because it's the only actually good one. Takarazuka ones are a lot of fun as always, but the original production is actually so well written, staged and overally compelling, which later iterations are not (they even get rid of the queerness)

From Smileyfaceorg, 'L'Archange et le Diable II' is a reimagination of the French Revolution, where its most prominent figure, Maximilien Robespierre, is unexpectedly transformed into the monstrous rumour told of him -- a vampire.
