The subject line reads “My MIL tells me Yarn has Memory.” The post reads “I know she means for shape, but I just want to whisper words of love into this sweater I’m making my husband so it remembers and can remind him how loved he is.”

Last night I was doomscrolling reddit and this post was like… an unexpected poem and also now I want to whisper little love spells over everything I make. For my own good as well as for others.
