Also seeing my family always throws a wrench in my mental and emotional health. I have to mask several foundational aspects of who I am, not bc I'm hiding those things but for reasons that are unclear to me tbh. It messes with my perception of my identity to be around my family.

My Gma is going to be visiting until Monday evening and I am so stressed out about it! I am rather uncomfortable hosting family when I'm emotionally stable so you can imagine how unprepared I am for this visit when I am merely on the way to stability. Ahhhh
