Something I've been doing this year that really helps with my brain space for research and stuff is having a "sleepytime book." This is a book that is not hard to follow but still engaging enough for you to want to know the ending of.

I usually read it before bed or if I'm going through The Horors

What are your favorite soundtracks or classical albums to listen to while reading?

I've got the Princess Mononoke and Spirited Away OSTs, the Twilight New Moon score (lol), as well as a bunch of Very Spooky ambient stuff. I wanna get more instrumental music on my iPod for when I'm reading.

The other thing you can do to support authors is to tell your friends if you liked a book. Most of us get little to no marketing. Word of mouth is everything, even with social media. Tell your friends!
