Denying due process to all immigrants because a few immigrants committed crimes is wrong, and now we are also seeing that denying due process to immigrants immediately turns into denying due process to citizens.

ICE is exceeding its charter and violating the law - the opposite of law and order.

The response to protesting against taking due process away was, "Why aren't you outraged by [insert incident where an immigrant harmed someone]? Why don't you want them prosecuted?"

But that's what due process is FOR. Without due process, you don't know if the person actually committed the crime.

Too many people treat this "I think ICE should go after the violent immigrants" argument as acceptable.

The reality is that *by definition* an immigrant breaking a law is not different from anyone else breaking a law. And that's what "due process" is for.
