I’ve had a similar thought before, but I keep stumbling over what to do about it. I think it is a learned behavior, wherein many people see how others act and follow suit. Humans are amazingly intelligent creatures who are capable of incredibly foolish things.

My mental health took a serious nose dive in 2016. It's been a struggle to recover, but I had been, in the past few years. And now? The plan is to bury myself in cats and bats and bees and spiders and books and games and all the things I love. Still, the heart is heavy and anxiety is rising . . .
