This is one of my favourites to come across, small and delicate. Looks like a tiny parasol which is I suppose why it is called that parasola plicatilis.

The Latin names are an international system understood by scientists that normally speak many different languages, they’re good for that.

They’re such fun, much more interesting and easier to remember than Latin. Latin is good for experts who are into the nitty gritty of course 🍄‍🟫
