This is one of those dinners where two bags from my freezer (Cajun mirepoix and okra) joined canned tomatoes from my pantry, two sausage links I had leftover, and some shrimp paste and spices plus the leftover shrimp from work to become a meal. The only chopping I did was the sausage.
