Absolutely, this is what makes for good discussions in the pub and at the match, and it's always been like that. I distinctly remember a ridiculous argument with my best mate about whether Neil Pointon or Colin Cooper was the better player. It went on for years and we still mention it now.

I think it would be pretty sad if we all agreed about everything. It's both possible to acknowledge the job Moyes has done, whilst also criticising some team selections.

Problem is athletes are not always in the best position to make these decisions because of their competitiveness and 'winning at all costs' mindset. This is why we have things like concussion rules and trainers throwing in the towel in boxing.

Horrible to watch, hope she's OK. Does make you wonder whether the team should have taken the decision to race out of her hands.
