Among my most deeply felt fears is that other countries refusing U.S. citizens entry is exactly the goal here.

When we talk about reparations for slavery, others say, “It’s complicated.”

Well, this is not complicated.

The residents- and everyone affected by this deserves to be offered reparations and an apology.

And that land developed for and with that community.

If not, what’s the lesson learned here?

There could be a new one… but she’s been doing this from damn near the start! They are on TV, radio, YouTube ads… even international (Mexico).

Only thing possibly worse are the ICE recruitment ads. 🤬

That’s the thing! When we get these images they become beloved despite other flaws! They are more invested in pushing that same ol’ “strong dudes” story than getting some of these dollars/streams!

And that homogeneity is usually protected/defended/reinforced.

Side note, I have LOVED so many of the opening credit sequences on Apple TV shows. (Fun fact: I’ve always been a fan of opening credits and theme songs.)

And I hated the one for “Invasion” immediately. I resent the seconds before the “Skip Intro” button shows up! 😂

There was a lot of simple talk about Finland’s school system for a while.
