4/12/25 thankful for: Alik’s window to the moon, game night with spaghetti dinner, farkle and find out, teaching how to blow a bubble w bazooka joe, cd shelving, and a modern ceiling fan installed by a good dude

4/12/25 thankful for: the start of CSA season and baby gem lettuce salad, finding all my favs on sale at the HT, spring rain

4/8/25 thankful for: a long shower and getting in bed early, cats that like to play, bowling with friends

4/6/25 thankful for: ranunculus season, the wonderful community that happens at perfect lovers, legs up the wall pose and Alik’s chili after a market day, new tin fish recipe ideas

4/3/25 grateful for: every beautiful person on love on the spectrum omg I love this show. fill the world with this sweet love.

4/3/25 grateful for: Heather Cox Richardson, Cory Booker, Duolingo Spanish lessons, ceiling fans and dual monitors, taco salad for lunch

3/30/25 grateful for: the abundance of pinecones at the vacant house next door that I could use as mulch, getting some free pink muhly grass and a camellia from my mom in the ground, one last day to hang on the porch before the pollen started finding its way inside, house music all night long

3/28/25 grateful for: a screened in porch before the pollen has really hit, friends you can take care of like you’ve been taken care of, Chicago home run pizza still the best frozen pizza.

3/27/25 grateful for: a delicious homemade tofu banh mi sandwich on the most incredible congee chili oil bread from the last week of Loaf’s bread club, and a spontaneous drive-thru date for a cookout milkshake

3/26/25 grateful for: redbuds in bloom, yesterday’s therapy walk, helping and being helped at the dmv q, leftovers that taste better than the first time, a brownie from and a sweet reassuring talk with Alik, Chessie asleep on my leg and Tullie right there too
