I don't even understand under what authority they are pretending to have to do these things? So the courts gave them an extremely low threshold for reasonable suspicion. That still isn't authorized? How have no prosecutors anywhere tried prosecuting these?

They overturned a judge's factual findings based on the idea that Trump has some unknown information that would buttress his claim when his attorneys already had the opportunity to buttress the claim but could not!
