I’ve seen two #graffiti images of the Statue of Liberty over the last few days. One in #Brighton and the other in #Worthing. She’s not happy.

The #Worthing Fringe #Carnaval Procession is this Saturday 14th June. It starts at Coast at 2pm and ends at Spun Records at 4 or 4:30 where Portland Rd is closed. There will be three bands, maybe some dancing, and some fun for sure. Get your #samba vibe on. 💃

I removed 6 paving slabs to plant an Apple tree. While clearing the stones and roots, I found a number of small items quite deep. Shells, glass medicine bottle, terracotta pot fragments, a fine cup handle and bones. I hope they are not human. 🤔

I had #dental surgery yesterday and they took a photo when they lifted my gum and exposed the bone. I know this sounds odd, but when do you get a chance to see a photo of part of your own skull? 😅

Gas makes renewable energy cost more than it should. I want to see the link between gas and electricity broken so we can enjoy the cheaper renewable energy we are generating in the UK. We sometimes generate 50% of our own renewable energy.

I’m on a bus now, and I have my headphones in to play clips. I do this so as not to annoy others. It’s the right thing to do. I prefer educating people on it rather than a law.

A day where we are generating 50% renewables should give us cheap electricity, but it doesn’t. I hope the government changes this situation in this parliament. It will help to accelerate renewable uptake.

Yes, wholesale energy is too expensive. But it’s nothing to do with net zero - the price of gas is what’s keeping our electricity bills too high - that’s a fact.

This is just another stupid counter factual culture war.

Break the link between gas and electricity and we can all have cheap electrical energy. I don’t understand why it hasn’t been done. We are all being ripped off for electricity which is artificially high.

Rampion 2 Offshore Wind Farm development consent decision announced The Rampion 2 Offshore Wind Farm application has today been granted development consent by the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero.

This made me cheer out loud!

The Rampion 2 off-shore wind farm off the Sussex coast has just been approved by the government!

It will have up to 90 turbines.

We already have Rampion 1 - my wife promised my tickets for my birthday to go out to see it, which I must book now the weather is better!
