Log Cabin sorts are just the stupidest and most intellectually and emotionally vacant beings in any place they are.

I hope you find it as helpful as I have - I sorta had few other options bc I'm intolerant of the meds that would help me but once I found a good therapist it did me a world of good managing my ADHD and letting go of some of the shame and trauma.
