Absolutely get it!!...and they looked good, but that sole was the weirdest mix of plastic/rubber or god knows what, so misleading ast it looked like it had a great tread...but in reality, it's exactly what you refer to with the risk of constant falls

I had a pair like that...they were terrible! bought them at Walmart and they weren't super cheap. A bit of a cold ground and may as well have been trying to walk on ice...was ridiculous how much I'd slip. Wet grass, cold pavement...I couldn't even donate them in good conscience. threw em out!

Most of mine I have recently started in my greenhouse, only planted the cool weather loving stuff. Did start a couple of potatoe bags yesterday. It's been 60-70 during the day here. Rest I will plant late May same as you. I think you are about 3-4 weeks ahead of me with your weather

I never had those little bulbs develop though, I had gotten them originally from the horticultural society as their plant sale. I'm sure I can get more

Tried some garlic in a few pots...didn't work. Only my garden box patch came back. Tough to know if it was a true fail, we had a bad winter

it came up in one of the strawberry boxes after the berries were done last year. There is a huge chamomile patch in the big garden that I made tea from last year. My guy tilled the main garden in the fall, so I don't know if it will actually come back this year. I wouldn't be sad; it was overgrown

I have used pepper seeds from the store even in the past when i can't find that kind of pepper as a seed, even fresh tomatoes have worked great. I have also planted some store bought garlic.

only seeds I harvested last year were from my hollyhocks and i saved marigold seeds. Marigolds are so easy

I need to get a couple of those row tents, you seem to be able to start so much earlier and go longer using them

I haven't had much success growing onions from seed. The store bought bulbs..yes. I planted that North Holland red green onion in mulitiple spots in my garden last year, and not one seed came up. Of course could have been a bum package

sorry to intrude but looking for your advice...I have borage that the previous owner planted that came up last year, and should again this year. As a flower it's quite a pretty blue...but what am I really supposed to do with it?? is it just for teas ? what do you use it for??

I never pulled all of my walking onions, and they are all up and growing well, them and my garlic.

I did plant seeds for some peas, beets, carrots, radish and more onions in the ground. I think they should be ok even though it's still cold at night
