LOL when I moved my mugs into our 'new home' with my guys token few...I make a point of picking a different mug every day so that I can't get told I need to get rid of them because they aren't used at all. I buy a mug on every big trip, so they have meaning to me

Absolutely get it!!...and they looked good, but that sole was the weirdest mix of plastic/rubber or god knows what, so misleading ast it looked like it had a great tread...but in reality, it's exactly what you refer to with the risk of constant falls

I had a pair like that...they were terrible! bought them at Walmart and they weren't super cheap. A bit of a cold ground and may as well have been trying to walk on ice...was ridiculous how much I'd slip. Wet grass, cold pavement...I couldn't even donate them in good conscience. threw em out!
