Yeah, it's still under warranty, which is good from a cost perspective, but annoying as hell from an "I have to wait for an authorized service provider to come take a look" perspective.

I regret to inform you (me) that your (my) dishwasher service is scheduled for November 17th.

I think my kid listened to that song 20 times on repeat after she finished the movie. In the living room. While I was in the kitchen doing something (open floor plan) and couldn't escape.

I just love stumbling upon a column in a table that seems to serve no meaningful purpose, and nobody else knows why it's there either.

Very cool that the very expensive dishwasher that we purchased 3 months ago already has an issue that is going to require a technician to come out.

There's nothing more discouraging than going through a layoff situation where good people lost their jobs, and having to deal with pure incompetence on a daily basis when working with other parts of the organization.

Some of the wrong people got sacked and it really pisses me off.

I don't mean to brag, but I was able to get a meeting with auditors to end 15 minutes early. #devTales

We have entered the "Was that gunshots or was that black walnuts getting run over?" part of the season.

Not a good marketing strategy for your brand of Christianity when you can't even handle having a thin layer of metal sandwiched between two layers of plastic in your house, IMO.

The 2nd half kickoff of the Modesto v. NoCo was particularly exhilarating when Modesto chose to abandon the match due to them only having 9 players total show up to play.

If I've learned anything in my 16 years of being in the dev space, it's that almost nobody will actually read ANY amount of documentation you prepare for them, especially in a corporate environment.

Most people want to be spoon fed the answer, which is the biggest drain on budget and resources.

Can we stop adding "reacts" to every single mode of communication? I'm looking at you, Outlook.

I don't care if someone "likes" my email response, and I sure as shit don't need a daily digest of all the "reacts" that my emails have received, ffs.

(and yes, I unsubscribed from that shit promptly)
