Saw Iron Lung last night. It’s REALLY solid. I normally don’t care for horror, but this is a solid thriller through and through. It’s got its quirks, it’s a little hard to follow at some points. But there are some fantastic details and core. It lights up my want to make stuff again.

There is no debate, no nuance, fuck ICE. They are a facilitated hate group being enabled to kill people indiscriminately, with the optics “patched up” after the fact by slandering normal people’s names.

For 2026, I wanna learn a bunch of new things. I’ve spent the last 3 years honing video editing in Premiere and After Effects.

- Basic Spriting/Pixel Art
- Light coding (not sure what language yet)

I managed to get the preorders for Ascended Heroes and actually found the Charizard X UPC at MSRP, which I’m super pumped about because of how many sets are featured in it

Nah, it’s tough to judge stuff like that. I can tell you’ve set them up with love for the characters. Plus they’re two extremely aesthetically fun characters. My favorite’s Growlithe/Arcanine, I’d love to set stuff up like you guys!

As someone who’s more a collector than a player, I hadn’t even considered that it would ruin the playing/meta. I’ve been fortunate enough to have plenty of friends who play for fun, but gah I miss the days when Pokemon was something I could grab at Walgreens on a whim

I’ve seen folks picking up One Piece over time. Some of the art is super neat. I was never into the series myself but I mean TCGs are like MEANT to be collecting, for fun! Playing is great, but I always loved seeing people’s binders

Honestly, they’re gorgeous! I got to secure an Ascended Heroes preorder but honestly I’m most pumped about N’s Zekrom, my favorite gen and the art is gorgeous! Hell I’d love to collect all the Growlithe/Arcanine cards since they’re my favorite Pokemon, but man they’re expensive lmao

The funniest part is working and then needing something from another company and going “oh, they’re not open.”

The time between Christmas and New Years feels like the 30 minutes before a restaurant closes where everyone’s already cleaned up and you’re just PRAYING no one comes in.
