I’m DYING

I don’t think it’s doctrinally sound, but from an Opus Dei (and 1A) perspective it’s permissible. It’s an internal disagreement among members of the club.

I mean, fair, although everybody agrees that communists are secretly devil worshipers who don’t have souls (and everybody Franco didn’t like was obvs a communist).

So how do the Opus Dei/“religious rights über alles” members of the Supreme Court feel about using the coercive power of the state to deny Catholics access to communion?
