I’ve not watched a whole news since the pandemic. I was getting so bad mentally I decided to stop watching….even now, I listen to 6am on radio when driving to work and possibly one on drive home…and once or twice I’ll have a quick catch up on tv. It’s helped my mind definitely

All of it…. I used to juice for patients hot honey and lemon so the left overs, chopped up, dehydrated, whizzed and still damp so dehydrated again and whizzed to powder. It’s fab

I’ll be doing fruit this year definitely, carrots and leeks I do already, they’re amazing.
The lemon sherbet was a huge success, the taste is fab and sprinkled a bit on top so get the sharpness too. My new best thing!

They so are! I’ve done loads in it at work which helps with my passion to reduce our waste! Hopefully going to try my lemon today in some icing…at the moment as it is, it’s just like lemon sherbet!
