Yeah Jasmine, because that's what we have. I wash my rice to an absurd degree. We have the fancy Zojirushi rice cooker. I put the lime juice in with it. A stove top recipe said to do it.

I washed it like I normally do. I wonder if the lime juice stuck a bit more than just water.

I attempted a copycat Chipotle bowl tonight.

The cilantro lime rice turned out so sticky its almost a paste. My rice cooker has never done that before.
