Poilievre, if elected, would use the notwithstanding clause to enact a MAGA-like agenda (politicization courts, xeno/trans phobia, anti-intellectualism). He's cut from the same reactionary right-wing "populist" cloth. He's shown no interest in good governing, just endless whining and positioning.
