well it's another day of bearing witness to atrocities knowing the only people who could actually do something about it flatly refuse to and the rest of us just have to keep going to work and shit

So. I’ve been a little stressed, so I bought a blind box ball jointed doll on a whim because I thought it was cute. And then two days later I had outfits, little shoes, a body upgrade, swapped some parts, and now I’m making little drawings of them. I am fixating SO hard 😭✨

Even if we were to pretend that AI art is good, which it's not, somehow the world is circling back to the idea that hyperrealism, overly rendered, and "perfect" is what art should be—and it's not
