We have been seeing the gradual slimming of our workgroup over the last 8 to 10 years. The Director at that time was very adamant about outsourcing everything, no matter what

Positions are not being filled when people leave. Or if they are, full time is reclassed to part time. Part time is just removed and the responsibilities are just spread over the rest of us

I have been reliably told that my direct report manager has at least two active harassment cases under investigation and one of the legal action cases is for violation of workman’s compensation claims

Anyways, main job has at least 3 legal claims active against department managers *at my location*. Our site is also the stash spot for problematic people so they won’t sue for being fired

Trying to process the very problematic things in my work spaces right now. Family is too wrapped up in their own stuff to let me unload. Second job has cut my hours in half very unexpectedly. May have to seek another situation if this doesn’t change soon
