The format is more widely known as Dancing With the Stars but for some reason the original version has a name formed from an amalgamation of the 1992 film Strictly Ballroom and the long running BBC professional dancing competition Come Dancing that makes zero sense. The BBC do a version of Master Chef called Celebrity Master Chef yet surely they should have called it Ratatouille Master Chef to incorporate the name of a film about cooking. Discovering I could type screeds of shite in the alt text description was a sad day for BlueSky users, as I can just ramble on for far longer than I could in an actual post.
