I don’t think yours should be affected by vitamin c but worth checking just in case. I take mine just before breakfast and the longer I wait to eat the more I feel it - like 5 minutes vs eating immediately. Helpful if I feel like I need more fizz that day 😅

Tbf, my diagnosis was also prompted after I sent a thread of adhd hacks to a different neurospicy friend and said “I don’t have adhd but find a load of these useful” and she gently replied “maybe you doooo?” ❤️

Hope it goes well! I had mine about 6 months ago & it was quite a nice chat tbh, though a dash of imposter syndrome even with official diagnosis. I panic-printed years of school reports that my parents somehow still had&emailed to me, didn’t need them at all 😂

Omg I had the exact same feeling, started meds a few months ago & have had several little cries since then, partly just for younger me finding things so much harder than others & not even realising it. It’s not quite as magic a feeling as I get used to them but my house is so much tidier 😅
