Basically everyone loves coffee and brunch don’t they. And to think we were labelled non-essential. How very dare they.

Absolutely mad how many celebrities have passed through the doors of my little coffee shop when I stop and think about it. Rodders just went straight from headlining Glastonbury to having brunch in Idle Hands the next day. Quite lovely really. Kinkladze still my number one obviously.

There’s a line up somewhere with him, Rodri and Nico Gonzalez all in it and kinda feels like that team steam rolls over any teams that come out to play against us.

It’s not even the worry about the season, I don’t mind when we don’t win stuff etc, I can cope with that and enjoy the camaraderie of it tbh, it’s just all the noise around it. The backend of football is getting so much louder and when the game stops it can overwhelm (leaving twitter has helped).

God it actually is so lame how all it’s taken is for Pep to be full of…pep, Bernardo getting captain, and an article on how much more intense the training is and I’m all in again. New season let’s go.

Interesting hearing Pep talk about Grealish needing the butterflies back. Honestly do think he completed football treble season and has struggled to find the hunger again. Something Bernardo said they found out with certain players this year.

I’ll take Bernardo though. Top stuff.

My 7 year old has finally grasped Animal Crossing and started delving into properly. And as someone who never played it and missed the whole covid boom I’m only just now realising what a tool for capitalism it is. Preparing them young.
