Bugsy the greyhound is black with a bit of white on toes and tail tip, getting grey in the muzzle. Murphy Brownheart is a 6 year old greyhound, white with a brown heart shape on his side.

Murphy Brownheart (6 yrs) and Bugsy (10 yrs) were racing greyhounds rescued through Northern Lights Greyhound Rescue in Coon Rapids, MN. They help me to get my steps in before heading to campus.

Olivia the rescued Turkish Van in my profile image thinks she is a dog.

I set my courses up for success if the student does the work, but about 20% do not do the work. The "work" are assignments giving applications, video reels, and other fun ways of learning. I am so tired of focusing on the 20%.

Dev trauma and genes lead to brain functioning that expresses as ADHD and eventual BPD.

What txs do you use with clients -ADHD meds, CBT, DBT, trauma therapies, exercise/diet/sleep?

I see GAD in this overlap, making stimulants a problem and exercise/sleep more important.
