DOHMH Assistant Commish oversaw not-for-profit that dealt with DOHMH. In her official capacity, she approved a number of decisions of the not-for-profit that directly affected her daughter's employment at that not-for-profit. $2K fine. on.nyc.gov/4gY1nKh

A teacher stored 3,061 documents on his DOE computer related to his outside businesses (mostly restaurants) and jobs (as an independent contractor for two real estate firms). The teacher paid a $7,000 fine to the Board.
