Today I, with other members of the @usdawunion.bsky.social Parliamentary Group, wrote to Lib Dem MPs calling on them to help undo the damage Lib Dem and Tory Lords did to the #EmploymentRightsBill.

People in this country deserve security at work and guaranteed hours is part of that.

Now the bill to bring passenger rail companies into public ownership has been passed, the govt is getting on with delivering that.

Solidarity with @pcsunion.bsky.social Parliamentary Security Staff taking strike action today against the widening ethnicity pay gap and pay stagnation, and for fair annual leave.

Security staff work 24/7 to keep everyone on the estate safe, they deserve fair pay and recognition for what they do.

Today, I stood with @pcsunion.bsky.social members in the Parliamentary Security Department, standing up for their pay, their leave terms, and highlighting ethnicity pay gaps.

Now, with our Employment Rights Bill, employers must consult unions and respect employees rights and terms at work.
