Hey guys, another issue of Unmuted was just published. This time, I was able to talk with George from Romania. Even though we come from very different places, Brazil and Romania, it turns out our gaming experiences have a lot in common. 🎮

Me too! I've been mostly avoiding buying games on release date, except for the ones that I get with Game Pass, which is a great deal nowadays, specially this year. However, Witcher 4 it's probably going to be a day 1 buy from me.

It's a great game, one for the history books. Witcher 1, the gameplay is a bit outdated, but still a good game. Witcher 2 has a similar gameplay to Witcher 3 and also a good story. But I can't deny that the third one is the series' masterpiece. Can't wait for the 4th.

Welp, I've never finished Oblivion when I first played back in the day. 2025 might be the year that I finally beat Oblivion, who knows? The Remaster seems to have done a great job, even calling a remaster seems like a disservice, looks much more like a remake.

Those are some good gaming preferences.

I think the biggest issue is that they had MAJOR stick drift issues, bigger than any other first-party controller. Second, the Joycons are $90 without the base and $125 with the base. Other first-party controllers are $69.99.

Yeah. This seems like the main missing feature now.

Not worth it. I could be 50 cents. This should be a free game like Astro Bot. No reason to pay for that.

Nintendo will only make it worse if people buy that.

An XCOM style game with the Rainbow Six Siege lore/characters sounds good.

Yeah, I don't know where people got that 450 was because of tariffs, Nintendo must have set this price 2-3 years ago and developed the whole console behind this MSRP. You just don't develop something and decide after the fact what the price is going to be. This is all planned since the inception.

Breaking: Nintendo delays Switch 2 preorders over tariff concerns Preorders won’t start April 9th as originally announced.

I saw a lot of people claiming the pricing of Switch 2 was because of tariffs, but I disagreed with many of them. Now it seems that it's true that tariffs had nothing to do with the pricing. Nintendo will postpone preorders in the US to assess how tariffs will impact the Switch 2. 🎮

Just ignore them, they are haters. Actually, anybody who says anything similar about any hobbies just doesn't want to understand how that stuff can help other people.

Yeap, they are great controllers. The 8BitDo Ultimate has a nice charging base and hall effect joysticks (so, no drift).

But just this year they had Indiana Jones, Avowed, Atomfall, Stalker 2, and now South of Midnight. All of them are great games that can be played on your Game Pass subscription day one.
