Honestly that's a good way to go into it. I didn't know much about it going in at all but my wife wanted to see it and I ended up enjoying it quite a bit.

Dang - Bugonia sure was a lot of different movies all packed into one. There's some good "Wait, am I meant to be laughing at this?" moments in there, and Emma Stone and Jesse Plemons do a great job with it.

I would say that the act of playing it so much is inherently a recommendation, even if it's a guilty pleasure.

Sure, if you override the default and go out of your way to not recommend it, fine.

...though a good chunk of those are people throwing hissy fits over stupid stuff and should probably be disregarded.

Apparently you can make your own by dropping vanilla beans in high-proof vodka for ~6-12 months. I was gifted some for Christmas that a family member made.
