Watching “My Five Wives” feels like The Handmaid’s Tale’s New Bethlehem. I feel bad for them though. They are making lemonade after leaving a cult.

I was liking it until it started to get really biblical and preachy. Not sure where we are headed because the latest episode seemed to critique gender roles which isn’t on brand for bible thumping.

This year I started tracking my health with a fitness ring. Tracking your vitals is important for #mecfs. It helps you pace. I highly recommend a ring. It does the job without taking you out of the moment ie no notifications. I have reduced my stress by pacing better and increasing radical rest.

I have mecfs. Care bear was well named. Animals might be the only ones who understand other than other people with chronic illnesses.

Managing #ME/CFS is so difficult. I was doing well in my routine so I started to add stretching. Somehow that took the spoon away for vitamins. I realized today I haven’t taken vitamins all week and I have to do bloodwork for vitamin levels next week.

Watching “The Morning Show,” (tv series) and Steve Carell is triggering af. He plays the role of predator well. His role in previous shows probably mirrors how his fictional character felt to his fictional world. He was a good pick for the role. I still hate to see it lol

Fired 17 inspector generals. Everything that has been done is so transparent. Perhaps I shouldn’t use that word, everything that has been done shows clear motives.
