Scents are a HUGE problem for me (SPD with super hyperosmia, MCAS, Asthma) and when I finally decide to speak up about it, god are people offended. Like, I can't help that my brain hates smells and spirals into uncontrolled panic at even the tiniest scent. Even ones I like! Nightmare.
