The best way to prevent Long COVID is to prevent getting COVID-19 or getting it multiple times. That means staying up to date with COVID-19 vaccines and wearing a well-fitting mask, especially when indoors among crowds.

Nearly the entire Northern Pacific is experiencing a strong marine heat wave, with record warmth in Japan and abnormally warm waters stretching all the way to the North American coastline.

Wear a mask, vaccinate, take precautions. You don’t want navigating long covid or its 200+ symptoms like my chronic fatigue syndrome to be your reality. I wouldn’t wish this on the devil.
