Doesn’t plastic wrap melt in the oven? Q: I’ve seen recipes from chefs that call for covering food with plastic wrap and then foil before putting the food in the oven. Won’t the plastic melt into the food?

You mention temperatures without scale. I surmise it is °F, given the inference to the boiling point of water, but as I (and I'm sure others) generally use °C it would reduce the risk of error if it were specified.

I strongly recommend against using the company OnTrack for shipping. They are the most incompetent shipper I have ever encountered. They can't follow simple instructions, and go out of their way to mis-deliver our packages. HomeChef is just as bad as they won't do anything about it.
