For context, these letters were etched into the foundation of a local apartment building. I’ve lived in Binghamton all my life and never noticed these words because they’d been covered by shrubbery for years.

Found in Binghamton

Translation:
“eureka
a sound mind in a sound body
love conquers all
joy conquers all
a drop hollows a stone”

The rest I can’t make out
