Heh, similar experience. I only needed one first class stamp; when the assistant behind the counter said "£1.70, please" I replied "I only asked for one" - was genuinely taken back when it was explained to me

And it took two days to arrive, not one, obvs

Very sad news. Stepped up to become manager when Newcastle were in disarray - steadying the ship, playing some nice stuff. Gave youth a chance. Never hid, always fronted up. Seemed a very genial and affable guy, too. Gave his best as player, coach, manager. RIP
