The world may be going to shit, but I lost 30lbs in 82 days and felt cute so here’s a selfie.

My birthday is next month, and the majority of my friends I hang out with will be out of town. But, unlike the sitting president of the United States, I will not bomb another country because no one came to my birthday party. I’m just built different I guess.

Went to a dermatologist today and the girl at front desk said my skin looks very dewy. I took offense to that not knowing it was a compliment. It's been a long week.

No matter how many positive lifestyle changes I make I still deal with imposter syndrome on a deep level and feel like everyone hates me. Love this for me.

One year without Pop Pop. Still doesn’t feel real. I’m gonna cry stupid tears at the memorial screening of The Life of Chuck this weekend. Miss you Pop Pop.

Beautifully said, Phil. I think about the memorial often. I’ve never seen such an outpouring of love in one room. He touched so many people. We lost a giant, but he brought everyone together.
