new lab-outlet by @kpakari.bsky.social, #medaka and colleagues: efficient reduction of GFP-tagged proteins in an acute and inducible manner. PMM2-GFP line was generated by #CRISPR and #HDR. mRNA dellivered knockdown system is readily applicable to further (endogenously) GFP-tagged proteins.
