I ended up changing the mythical rare border to pink cause rainbow looked ugly AF. The bright pink really contrasts well with the other rarities which makes it stand out well in my opinion

Which will also decide how good a form or number is

If an attack's accuracy equals or is higher than the target's evasion, it always hits
If it's lower, then the accuracy of the move is used as a percentage to calculate if it hits
